Dr. William Tseng has served as Assistant Area Medical Director at Southern California Permanente Medical Group in San Diego since 2017, where he is also President of its Professional Staff. A past President of the San Diego County Medical Society, he serves on the California Medical Association’s board of trustees and the board of the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association. He earned his MD from the University of Utah.
