Pramod Goel founded PlacidWay in 2007 on a simple conviction: that world-class medical care shouldn’t be limited by geography or price. Nearly two decades later, the platform has connected more than 1.1 million patients with over 2,000 accredited medical centers and 2,500 doctors across more than 60 countries — vetted through partnerships with accreditation bodies including JCI, ISO, and national health ministries around the world.

Pramod wrote the book on his own industry — literally — authoring Evolution of Medical Tourism: From Cottage Industry to Corporate World, and continues to speak globally on how transparency and AI-driven patient matching are reshaping how people find care beyond their own borders.
